RIG Store Guard — last updated August 22, 2026

RIG Store Guard is an internal incident-reporting tool used by store employees, owners, and administrators of the organization that operates it. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and how you can request its deletion.

Information we collect

How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the incident-reporting service for your organization: authenticating your account, routing and displaying incident reports to the appropriate store owners and admins, sending you relevant notifications, and maintaining a security audit trail. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not run analytics or tracking SDKs in this app.

Who can see it

Your account information and reports are visible only to authorized personnel within your organization, according to their role (employee, owner, manager, or admin). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Incident reports remain part of a store's operational record even after the reporting employee's account is deleted, so that store history stays intact — in that case the report is retained but no longer linked to your personal account details.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the app: open the Security tab and choose Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your personal account information. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for use by employees of the operating organization and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
