Common questions

I forgot my password. Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
How do I delete my account? Open the Security tab inside the app and choose Delete account. This is immediate and permanent.
I don't have an account. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator — there is no public sign-up. Contact your store admin or the email above to get access.
Two-factor authentication issues. If you're locked out after enabling 2FA, email us from the address on file for your account and we'll help you regain access.
